About Us

Hoops and Clay is a small handmade jewellery studio based in Pakistan. Every pair of earrings, every pendant and every bracelet that leaves our table is assembled by hand — one piece at a time, in small batches.

What we make

Our work sits in two worlds. On one side, traditional South Asian craft: jhumkas, oxidised drops, antique and ethnic earrings made for weddings, Eid and everyday wear. On the other, playful modern pieces — Sanrio-inspired charms, butterflies, daisies, bows and rainbow clay earrings that our younger customers love.

We also work with natural stones. Our hoops feature real lapis lazuli, citrine, pink turquoise, Tibetan agate and lava beads, each one slightly different from the last because no two stones are alike.

Why handmade matters

Because we make everything ourselves, our quantities are genuinely limited — most designs exist in runs of two to eight pieces. When a colour sells out, it may not come back in exactly the same form. We think that is a feature, not a flaw: you are not going to walk into a room and find five other people wearing your earrings.

It also means small variations are normal. A bead may sit a millimetre differently, a painted finish may catch the light in its own way. That is the signature of something made by a person rather than a machine.

Workshops

We run charm jewellery workshops for kids, teens, adults, birthday parties, school events and corporate team activities. You choose your charms, we teach you jump rings and assembly, and you leave wearing something you made. Packages cover charm bracelets, bracelet-and-earring sets, and loop lanyards.
