Polymer clay is sturdy but not indestructible. Keep pieces away from perfume, water and direct sunlight, store them flat in the pouch they came in, and wipe gently with a dry cloth. Hooks are nickel-free.

Where we ship

We currently ship across Pakistan. If you are outside Pakistan and would like to order, email us at admin@hoopsandclay.com — we can often arrange international delivery on request and will quote you a rate before you pay.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your destination. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) are usually at the faster end of that range; smaller towns and remote areas take longer.

Because our pieces are handmade, if an item needs to be remade or a custom order is involved, we will message you with a revised timeline before dispatch.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by destination. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm payment — there are no charges added afterwards.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. If you have not received tracking within 3 working days of ordering, email us and we will chase it up.

Delays

Public holidays, Eid periods and courier backlogs can add a few days. During peak seasons we post updates on our social channels. If your order is running noticeably late, contact us — we would rather hear from you than have you wait.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Couriers in Pakistan rely heavily on phone contact for delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unreachable number, re-delivery will be charged again.

If something arrives damaged

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it. Full details on our returns policy.

Our policy in short

Hoops and Clay makes handmade jewellery in very small batches. For hygiene reasons — earrings in particular — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or because a piece looked different on screen.

We know that is strict, so we try hard to make it unnecessary: if you want extra photos, measurements or a better sense of a colour before you order, email us and we will send them.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will put it right.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@hoopsandclay.com.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in.
• We will send a replacement at no cost to you. If the exact piece is no longer available, we will offer an alternative of equal value or a full refund.

Claims made after 48 hours cannot be verified against courier handling, so please check your parcel as soon as it arrives.

What is not covered

Natural variation is not a defect. Stones vary in colour and veining, and handmade pieces differ slightly from one another and from product photos. Normal wear — scratches, tarnish from perfume or water, damage from dropping or pulling — is also not covered. See the care guidance on our FAQ page.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund in full before the order is dispatched. Once a parcel has left with the courier we cannot cancel it.

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, it is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
